    Apple hit with class-action lawsuit over iPhone 3G flakiness
    I hope this upcoming fix takes care of it. I want to get one but all the trouble doesn't sound good. This is one of the benefits of being a late adopter of new technology. The technology or gadget etc is more stable, where as if you have to be the first to have the latest OS or phone or whatever, you'll also be the first to experience all the bugs.
