This is cool news. I hope it's faster but really I was completely satisfied with the old service. I prefer the simplicity of the post page on the old server. But it promises to be faster. Also I didn't know about the Firefox plugin for it. Alfred, you should get the plugin and use delicious more. We could get you on this blog easily! -
Possibly lead to big earthquake on 07/30/2008?
Before I noted how it seemed like the activity might have lead up to the earthquake yesterday. But after I thought about it, It seems like that is just everyone waking up in the morning. (we all show up on the scale! lol) -

This is funny, it may actually be more successful than Cuil. I have a feeling Cuil will improve dramatically though. But it didn't live up to the hype. Surely they will improve in the future though. -

It is interesting to muse on ancient civilizations and there lost technology. In the Mediterranean where this is found is the legend of Atlantis. One theory about it is that it was on Santorini, but there only mistake was building it on a volcano. -

I recommend Amazon services. I want to make more apps using Amazon platforms. (disclaimer: I'm an Amazon shareholder lol ). I really like the concepts behind what Amazon is doing with EC2, S3 and these kinds of services. -

We just had an earthquake here in LA. It was the first one in a while that I can remember but what is really interesting is this chart that shows there was some significant activity leading up to the quake in the hours before it. -
home of the little b modular modeling language
Biological modeling language "little b" has recently been introduced. It's based on LISP and some of these examples are really interesting. I still want to go back to school and take biology, and now even more so!
